In support of the Earthling Month campaign, we delivered two dozen influencer kits to high-profile online personalities. The kits included a handmade crate constructed from sustainable re-used cardboard, campaign literature, a fresh pineapple or artichoke, 3D-printed food-safe ceramic parts, and an instruction sheet.
When assembled like a Mr.Potatohead, the produce transformed into a cute Earthling ambassador that delivers a personal message to the recipient. The influencers posted photos and videos for their audiences, and some even hacked them—finding a red paper heart inside. This project resulted in several million impressions from a new, but like-minded crowd. My two favorite posts are from NOTCOT and Neatorama.
